How can we reach the apartment?

– If you’re using a car you can use Google Maps and search for Southridge GAP. This will give you the exact location of the apartment block.

– If you’re using public transport your best course of action is to download the Tal-Linja app. The app will give you the exact bus(es) to take in order to reach our apartment.

– If you’re a ride hailing service such as Uber, Bolt or eCabs you can provide “Southridge GAP” as your destination

How do we find the apartment once we get to the complex?

The apartment is found on the fifth floor of Block A.

Open the door to Block A using the PIN provided for the common door and use the elevator to go to the fifth floor. Once there use the PIN for the A52 apartment door to access the apartment.

At what time can we check-in?

Check-in is from 3pm onwards.

How do we check-in?

Upon booking confirmation two PINs will be provided. One to access the common parts of the apartment and the other for the apartment door.

If you’re also renting the garage a further PIN will be automatically provided.

Can we check-in early?

We will gladly allow you to check-in early if the apartment is available. Drop us a line and we will let you know according to our availability.

At what time is check-out?

Check-out is at 9:00am

Can we check-out late?

We will gladly allow you to check-out late if availability allows. Drop us a line and we will let you know according to our availability.

Is free parking available?

Street parking is available and it is free.

If you prefer the comfort of a garage we also offer a garage space (for a small fee) which is interconnected with the apartment. Garage is equipped with car charging facilities.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is strictly prohibited. No smoking is allowed in any indoor or outdoor areas of the apartment.

Are high-chairs and baby cots available?

Yes. We love to host families. High-chairs and baby cots can be provided upon request at no extra cost.

Will I find a kettle / oven / hob / microwave / washing machine / iron / hairdryer at the apartment?

Yes indeed. All our appliances are state of the art and manuals are also available shall you need to refer to them.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes. Internet access is available in every room of the apartment. Even the bathrooms.

Is the apartment served with an elevator?

Yes it is.

The elevator is also connected to the garage level for added convenience, shall you wish to also make use of the garage.
